In yet another tragic example of what happens when political correctness supplants common sense, a MUSLIM army major decided to kill the infidels and collect his 72 virgins. Peace-loving Nidal Malik Hasan reportedly yelled Allahu Akbar while killing and maiming his fellow soldiers.
Now think back to when the populace as a whole did have common sense. Imagine it is 1943. Would an army base allow a major who had a picture of Adolph Hitler in his room and started each day with a Heil Hitler walk around much less prepare to send him into the battle theater? No. As soon as they found out that he was a Nazi they would have locked him up. AND if anyone would have defended him saying that he was a peace loving Nazi and he has a right to be one would have been slapped silly and then locked up themselves.
Be afraid. Be VERY afraid.
