The Black Panther Hole In the Department of Justice
On April 23, 2010 the U.S. Civil Rights Commission Dismissed the Charges Of Voter Intimidation Case Against Members Of New Black Panther Party.
These charges stemmed from an event on election day in November 4, 2008, as stated in charges drawn by The U.S. Justice Department, which filed a lawsuit under the Voting Rights Act against the New Black Panther Party for Self-Defense (NBPPSD) and three of its members alleging the defendants intimidated Philadelphia voters during the Nov. 4 general election.

Elena Kagan

Elena Kagan: Against “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” military policy!

Just this past week, Congress grilled the executives of Goldman Sachs on financial reform. Even the Justice Department has felt forced to launch a criminal probe into their activities. However, Elena Kagan proudly states on her resume that she was a Member of the Research Advisory Council for GOLDMAN SACHS for over three years, ending less than two years ago. That doesn’t exactly inspire confidence that she will be an impartial arbiter of the legal issues that come before her. Goldman Sachs and other top financial firms could easily wind up before the Supreme Court, given our present financial crisis.

Every Senator needs to know that A VOTE TO CONFIRM ELENA KAGAN IS A VOTE FOR THEIR OWN DEFEAT WHEN THEY COME UP FOR REELECTION. The defeat of Bob Bennett in Utah is a reminder that Americans are no longer in a mood to forgive and forget when it comes to voting. WE REMEMBER!

Barack Obama is appointing Supreme Court Justices who reflect his radical effort to fundamentally transform America. Elena Kagan will do just that. He chose her because she lacks a judicial record upon which to build a case to oppose her. However, she has been writing and speaking. It is clear that she is a secular humanist and is radically pro-abortion and pro-homosexuality, just like Obama. SHE WILL BE A JUDICIAL ACTIVIST, INSTEAD OF SOMEONE WHO TRIES TO ADHERE TO THE CONSTITUTION. A SUPREME COURT JUSTICE IS SUPPOSED TO INTERPRET THE CONSTITUTION, NOT REWRITE IT. THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO UPHOLD CONSTITUTIONAL PRINCIPLES, NOT PROMOTE A POLITICAL AGENDA. You and I must OPPOSE this nomination with all we have!!

Think of it. Children being born this year may find Elena Kagan still on the bench when they are well into their 30s. If necessary, we must use a FILIBUSTER to STOP THIS NOMINATION!!
